Dragon Age: Origins. No explanation needed. But still haven't gotten Titan Quest yet :/

You should play it. It's very good besides a little old.

Straight off, Fallout 1 & 2 are amazing RPGs. I've also played Wasteland, the game that inspired Fallout 1 / 2.
There's also Daggerfall. Although it is one of the buggiest games I've played to-date, it's still pretty fun. You just have to save. A lot. And carefully.
And, while not an actual RPG, ME was pretty fucking fun.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah. I'm not aware of any games called 'ME', so I apologise for that. It's not an actual RPG, but it is classified as one. Thought I might as well be the one to throw it out there.
I think I'm the only person who didn't get mad at the 3rd game's ending.

Only the end, though. It's about the journey, not the destination.
Besides, I'd rather they give the hero a chance to die honourably, sacrificing themselves, rather than drag the series on. It's just left up to the imagination of the player.

Fair enough. I haven't actually played that, so eh...

Baldurs Gate II (or Planscape Torment or any Infinity Engine Games)
Fallout 1/2 (also Arcanum)
Morrowind (prefer it to Oblivion/Skyrim as areas/loot don't level to you so much).
For games like you mention in OP I would recommend NOX and Diablo II.

I would add to Nox and Diablo titles that maybe noobody remembers, Zax: the Alien Hunter, Anachronox, Wizardy 8, Summoner, Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption, Gorky 17, Darkstone, Divine Divinity, The Temple of Elemental Evil, Enter the Matrix, Septerra Core, Sacred, Fable (the first part), Jade Empire, Loki and many many more...

Fallout1 and 2. Also, New Vegas is pretty neat.
Planescape: Torment is a masterpiece, but only if you are ready to read TONS of beautiful text =)
Gothic series are superb, even though they lack in graphics department =)
Final Fantasy 8, 9, 10 are great too, but only 8 and 9 are on PC
San Andreas is also an RPG of some sort, because you've stats you can train :D
Comment has been collapsed.
Stats don't make a game an RPG, neither does a free roam environment
Comment has been collapsed.
While I disagree with your comment, San Andreas isn't an RPG.

With a relatively modern PC it's totally possible to play FFX on a PC. It's even legal if you rip the BIOS from your own PS2 and rip your own game disc. Just saying :P
I love the Final Fantasy series, though IX is probably the least favorite of all I've played. Elder Scrolls series is great too (Morrowind > Skyrim > Oblivion). If we're including ARPGs, definitely Diablo II and Path of Exile. Torchlight 2 was fun too, if a bit shallow. Borderlands is a great FPSRPG, it's basically Diablo II with guns. The second isn't quite as awesome but it's still fun.

Well it has for me, but I've had an XBox console since... 2003? 2004? Mostly it's the shitty d-pad that I can't get used to personally (for real, if you try to play a fighting game on that thing, I wish you the best of luck), but the placement of the analog stick on the XBox controllers allowed me to more comfortably switch from primarily using the d-pad (like I did for PS1/PS2) to primarily using the stick.
Though, with a download, a USB cable and some effort, you can get a PS3 controller working on the PC too, so if that's your preferred device, go for it.

My fav rpg of all time is Final Fantasy 7, and it is on steam too: http://store.steampowered.com/app/39140/

I think you meant 7 and 8 are on pc I would love it if IX was on PC.

Fallout 1&2, Baldur's Gate series, IceWind Dale series, Planescape Torment are awesome games. I've also loved M&M series, VI, VII & VIII to be more specific.
For newer games I enjoyed Morrowing, Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas and Witcher series.

I had a game that was broken, but now it's fixed... don't remember very well.

I like Final Fantasy IV (2 in the US) because it's the first RPG I played. Consequently, it introduced me to classics such as Final Fantasy VI (3 for US), Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, and the likes.

Fallout series, especially Fallout 3, Witcher 1, Deus Ex (not that RPG but cool), Torchlight series, M&M series, ME1 (the other 2 are more action than RPG).

Fallout series
Vampire - The Masquerade: Bloodlines
Lost Odyssey
Deus Ex 1
Star Wars: KotOR 2
Etrian Odyssey series
Fallout series
Morrowind

For exploration, go old. Might and Magic, Ultima, etc. For stats go Fallout 1/2. For a more relaxed action based experience go Baldur's Gate or even all the way to Icewind Dale. For story and meaningful choices there is only one option, Planescape.

Dragon Age: Origins my favorite one, DA 2 was kinda good too, The Witcher 1-2 really good it just takes time to get used to it. From The Elder Scrolls I only liked Skyrim others were kinda boring. Fallout 3-New Vegas were kinda good. Mass Effect series were good until the ending in the 3rd one which sucked so hard( it's like none of my choices through all the series matter) Titan Quest was kinda interesting but i'm not really into that kind of RPG games I don't like the camera view. Guess I'm not all that into those "oldschool" type of RPG's. Ohhh and Vampire - The Masquerade: Bloodlines this one is really good.

Well, pretty much most of the ones I played; This list would start with games like diablo, revenant, sacred, nwn, baldur's gate, morrowind, fallout, dungeon siege and would end with games like the witcher, mount and blade or dead space.
PS: I don't like those with FF-like gameplay or with stupid stories.

I played "The Witcher" and "The Witcher 2" a lot, also "Skyrim" and both parts of "Torchlight". "Drakensang" and "Drakensang - Am Fluss der Zeit/River of Time" + DLC are also pretty good. I enjoyed "Venetica" and "Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis", too.
The next RPG I definitely buy will be "The Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt". The previews look awesome! And "Cyberpunk 2077", this game seems to be good, too.
PS: Forgive me my bad English skills!

Long time ago I played Titan Quest and loved it.
Same feeling with Torchlight, and still need to play second one.
What RPGs do you like it?
