Liked trine, hard reset, roboblitz, sanctum (didnt get it from bundle) and Nuclear Dawn.

Probably Super Meat Boy, but I've played that long before it was in HIB4. HIB4 also was my favorite bundle of them all.

Favorite game from a bundle is: Binding of Isaac.
Best overall bundle: Humble Indie Bundle #4

So many bundles that I don't even remember which games were in it. I enjoyed Trine, Shank, Super Meat Boy, The Binding of Issac.

Dungeons of Dredmor ! I bought the DLC afterward, totally worth it.

There were so many great games in those bundles. I really can't decide, which game is my favourite, but these two immediately come to my mind:
Braid
Machinarium

So picking the best bundle was quite easy:
HiB#2 BTA - that was just perfect.
The only bundle that was very close to that was the Humble Frozen Synapse Bundle BTA, though I had the best games in it before.

I like Critical Mass :) also Osmos is good :)

Cave Story +.

I purchased many bundled games before they were bundled so I'll exclude those. The Binding of Isaac for best game fro ma bundle. Best overall bundle would probably be Humble Indie Bundle 3, with the second bundle, Atom Zombie Smasher, and Steel Storm as bonus. Okay, that doesn't really count. :P Humble Indie Bundle 4, with GSB, Meat Boy, Jamestown-! The next best would be the Indie Royale bundle with Super Crossfire and Fate of the World.

Frozen Synapse, I've played even more of it than I have Portal 2!
