Hi there!

I'm new here and this was my first giveaway of a humble bundle link.

When the winner was selected I used the gift button in my bundle to send the gift to his email.
It looks like the user did not redeem the game nor did he approve that he received the e-mail.
Since there is no PM system here, I tried to add him on Steam but he didn't approve probably.

What should I do now? :(

I can't pick another winner as now the humble says it was used (even if it wasn't really redeemed).

You can wait for him to read the email.

Yes, be patient. How can you tell it wasn't redeemed even though HB said the email was used?

if he marked as received, contact support, e-mails todays make a "sended" copy with the information. screen it, with the time etc, and send to support, they will know what to do.

this is why people should ALWAYS converse with the winner BEFORE just randomly mailing a key or game to them....

if they dont talk to you at all, then you dont give them anything and reroll them with the proof you messaged them. simple as that..... seriously thats the best and safest thing you can do.... why screw yourself just cuz you refuse to take a few minutes to make sure you can contact them

A. In another website i'm in, it's just marked as received if the user doesn't respond in 24 hours.. Didn't know it's not like it here :(
B. As said, i'm new here.. Didn't know you can re-roll a winner (found out after it was sent already...).

You can't ask for a reroll just because someone didn't answer you, it's not as simple as you think.
