James Bond 007 Legends Retail

I have an opportunity to buy quite cheap new and sealed retail copy of 007 Legends from UK.
As far I know game used Steam authentication but got removed from the Store. So I have three questions:

  1. Will I be able to activate it on Steam?
  2. What about free Skyfall DLC? Is it already included or just gone after removal?
  3. Does this version (british retail) have some regional restrictions?

For the second question, is that yes to it being already included, or yes to it being removed? You can't answer an "A or B" question with "Yes or No".

By second Yes you mean that this DLC is already included in retail copy, right?

2) The DLC is included with the game, so u won't have any problems
3) No.

Around 18,7€ / $23,9 / 13,85£ in local auction website from trusted seller. His normal price is higher but I used -20% voucher.
