Find something that lets me track where my posts/comments are, especially with really long topics.

Comment and enter at the same time.

Filter out all comments that are "thanks" or whatever.

You seem to get results in some random order from what I can tell. Trying to find the latest threads of people looking for trades for any particular cards in the Steam Trading Cards Group, for example, is difficult.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't know what order this is supposed to be.
