bundlestars (not bundle) keys have expiration date or not?

just found that I have bought Sir, You Are Being Hunted 13 Dec 2016.
"reveal" button still not presset.
Any chance that key will be expired?

Could make giveaway but scared that it might not work.

No, keys don't expire.
There are exceptions, I can't name any off the top of my head, but it will have to be a manual thing done on specific keys.

No - official FAQ answer here.

(Edit - this alternative formulation suggests there may be an issue if the game is no longer sold on Steam.)

I don't think "sold" is the same as "available". Even if a game can't be bought on Steam anymore, you can still activate keys - if the game is still available :)
Anyways, it makes no difference in this particular case.

If it's not revealed you are fine, no need to worry you can make a giveaway with it. If by some chance you click on it to reveal the key and you can't they probably ran out of keys. Just contact support on the site and they'll get new ones.
