Is it on single player or co-op? Me and my girlfriend sometimes had that when we played together. T usually fixed itself after a while, or by going to an Image as Designed and changing something on the character.

Try to wait some time (ingame that is), or restart the game would be my tip then. Or play like this until you progresses further so that you can go to a plastic surgeon.
But it should go away after a short while.

How long will i it take to get to the plastic surgeon ? BTW, even in the character customization, my character is till like that.
