they treated their fan-base like garbage. "if you don't like the xbox one go buy a 360" sending staff to Nintendo events to try and gain some sales i mean the facts are there.

That doesn't change my point, stop ranting and bring up valid points with evidence.

I'm not going to buy a XBONE atm but that may change in the future. As I'm sure a lot of people are thinking now with this revision.

(This is coming from the guy that HATED the Xbone SO MUCH, but I don't think it's as bad anymore, however I'm not satisfied with the price point, and how their handling the bad PR, how ignorant their employees are. etc)

People said they wouldn't buy it because their policies sucked, but if they change them people can't still buy it, because it would make them a sell out. Sure, it makes sense, let's tell a company they are doing something wrong and, when they get it right, let's still not buy their stuff because reasons.

They could do that, but 1) that would be PR suicide and no one would ever trust Microsoft again and 2) they can't force the people who would have already bought consoles and games to abide by new rules, so those original console and game purchases would be exempt from the policy change (and if they weren't exempt, you can bet that there would absolutely be a class action lawsuit that would most likely succeed).
