Advent Calendar Puzzle - FREE ENTRY

Well, here is my first puzzle. It will become completely solvable at 23rd December, so you will have to wait until then.
Deadline of this puzzle is at 31st December at 8:00pm GMT+1, so that you can have more than a week for solving.

Thought a bit about my puzzle and found out that some characters are similar in lower and upper case and in puzzle it's not specified which you should use, so you can bruteforce it, since there aren't many possibilities or alternatively use the knowledge that two are 25 and three 24.

HINT: Though it's always same game, it's not the same giveaway. Number of giveaways is the same as number of something that you are usually finding in other puzzles if you want to get to giveaway.

HINT2: Numbers don't like to be alone. They want to be connected with others. Like stars are connected.
They want to be connected only with their closest ones.
