Q: When can I start making giveaways for the group? Do I have to wait for my assigned day?
A:The numbers represent the day on which the person's monthly giveaway should end. New members can immediately start their giveaways, giving them a minimum of 3 days to be noticed. I would recommend a week, though. You should remember your day or look it up within the group for the regular monthly giveaways. Avoid making giveaways on the last or first day of the month, due to dateline issues.

First, I'm really happy to see a new recruitment thread for GGG. I'm going to go on a little bit about this group, I hope you don't mind.
GGG was a group that I spent a lot of time in and my buddy is the owner, Heisenbear, which is a great person. GGG was a big inspiration for my group Duquality. There's several things that I added to Duquality because of GGG, the schedule as well as the reviews. Heisenbear also named Duquality. My buddy, Ghostnight, which you mentioned, is also a big part of GGG, another great guy. I've met a lot of really good people in GGG many of which I talk to still and some are part of the original Duquality as well as the relaunch. Thank you to you Darktribble for being part of that group and helping it.
I have a lot of love for GGG and I wish the group nothing but the best.

I saw your name appearing in a very old recruitment thread for GGG and but I did not want to copy & paste from there. Instead I used Heisenbear's thread content, with permission and alterations, naturally.

So how exactly does number assigment work? Like if you get number 3, but its 2nd day of month - there isn't enough time to get three days for duration, so do you have to wait about 30 days with giveaway ending next month?

Since I prefer assigning open spots, right now I distribute the nearest open slots on the calendar.
However, these dates are basically recommendations to keep a more or less even spread of giveaways during a month.

This is a small private group with the aim to give away games (GA) that are definitely worth anyone's time.
Every member will be assigned a number between 1 and 28.
This number will be the date your mandatory monthly giveaway has to end.
We only give away "good" games. What does that mean?
These are the review rankings on steam:
Overwhelmingly Positive > Very Positive > Positive >
Mostly Positive > Mixed > Mostly Negative > Negative
We're aiming for 'Positive' and above
Invitation requirements:

You should be an active member, meaning you should be visiting SG on a daily basis if possible.
The Rules
(1) Ratings
-a) games should have an 'Overall' positive rating (75%+) on Steam
-b) have at least 30+ reviews
-c) Review Score Settings is based on international (worldwide) score.
By default, Steam [...] includes only reviews written in your language (if there are enough). You can override that default at[...]:
Steam Shop->drop down menu arrow next to your user name at the top right>Store preferences->Review Score Settings
->Edit Store Preferences->include reviews from all Steam purchases
(2) Games should cost this many SG points to be valid
-a) Bundled games - 10p+
-b) Unbundled games - 5p+
-c) Wishlist GA games - 5p+
It is also allowed to pick 2-3 games that add up to the required amount.
(3) Giveaway creation
-a) GA duration: min. 3 days - max. 30 days
-b) Your GA should end on your assigned date
-c) GA's should also instantly go live after they are created
-d) Your GA has to get at least 5 entries to be valid
(4) Restrictions
-a) Mandatory monthly GA's are for this group only - no sharing
-b) no region locked games
-c) no DLC's, movies, game-creation software and VR games
-d) no 'blacklisting' within the group
(5) Perks
-a) being in a small, selective group
-b) only the mandatory monthly good game requirement with enough entries, no contribution value count
-c) getting the chance to get games from your personal wishlist, details here and here
