I was playing Killing Floor, when suddenly... Husk VS Fleshpound

I was playing Killing Floor, solo, on West London map.
When suddenly, instead of running after me, a fleshpound began fighting with a husk:

And then, the fleshpound finally killed the Husk (it's not me, check the amount of money on-screen)

Is it normal, or is it a bug?
Has it happened to anyone else?

PS: sorry for the bad quality, I'm obliged to play in lowest-res mode, because of a gpu problem
