Why they should get the full version? No, you only get the beta...you can play it until it is released, more not...after that you can pay 20€/$ to buy the full game...

It's a beta gift. They won't have it when the game releases since it's not a beta anymore. Preorders should be starting soon for $15 maybe less if they have a preorder discount of 10% off like usual.
