you don't even need to put it in the windows run box, you can just paste the steam:// url into the browser address bar

It's absolutely normal
Most likely, the developers want to make the game free, but information about the free sub was leaked through steamdb ahead of time. This has often happened before. There will be no problems.

hmm alright, well ill wait until they have a button that says "free" before i add it to my account. its good to know that it probably is fine though

Is free on demand ... it shows with price on steam , but you can just either
Run -> steam://install/1253880
or
addlicense asf s/435259
And you get your game in your library .
Now i'm not sure if such findings break any site rules , hope they dont ... if do so please do kindly let me know and i will close this thread :)
