Smallest Number of Entries and Still Count CV?

I can't find this in the FAQ, but I started wondering with my recent group giveaway. I didn't expect so few entries (so I'll have to make another giveaway to make up for it!). At what threshold does one not get CV? I just assume you can't give something away privately and only allow one person to enter.

Also, can the answer be added to the site FAQ? Unless I'm a dope and missed it.

The magic number is 5.

You need 5 entries for group giveaway, or any other giveaway (other than a non region locked, public giveaway)
