No chance of being VAC banned -- the game isn't VAC secure.

seriously...? you're asking for support to do illegal stuff on here?
trusting youtube video tutorials that wants you to download stuff that are claiming to grant you access to usually-for-cost content for free appearently isn't stupid enough.

Actually the dlc bundle just popped up (coincidentally) around the time the origin bundle was released.

Hopefully you will get a VAC ban for it. If you want the dlc for it, pay for it. If you can't afford it/don't want to pay for it then you shouldn't be able to use it.

Well, that is very relative considering they are not even available for the PC version of the game anymore unless you have an American address to buy from Amazon.com...

There is no risk, I did it.
And it works fine.
BTW, the version coming from the origin bundle should include all the DLC, so it's not piracy. And the DLC can only get by paying them on the net again.

In the majority of locales it is still piracy.

Trying to clear up the confusion here:

The Ultimate Box doesn't contain most of the downloadable content that was released for the game, it's mainly a collection of the free updates (up until March 2009, at which point the PC version stopped getting them).

Big Surf Island and Cops & Robbers was never relased for the PC. The additional cars included in Legendary Cars, Toys and Boost Specials were only available through EA's in-game store, which has now been closed.

In May of this year, EA finally released a compilation of all the downloadable packs for the PC, for the first time (the aforementioned three car packs plus the Time Savers Pack, which unlocks every car in the standard game). You can only get it through digital retailers, though EA clearly state that it is compatible with the Steam version once purchased and activated.

What the OP is proposing can only be classified as piracy.

Although the Amazon.com page does say "Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the United States and who have a U.S. billing address," which I think is what some of the other people in this thread are having issues with.

Yes, that has already been brought up. Life's unfair.

When life gives you lemons, you pirate the shit out of those lemons and make delicious DLC lemonade... :P
Nah just kidding, I don't suggest anyone does anything illegal.

I've seen many threads where people tell OP that he´ll get VAC banned for doing something that VAC isn't meant to be detecting and they even suggest that VAC bans are possible for games that doesn't even have VAC.

Looks like many people in SG forums don't even know what VAC actually is.
