I was hoping to pick up Marvel's Midnight Suns, Cult of the Lamb, Hades, or Nobody Saves The World on a deep sale, but there was no deep sale to be found.

Have you played Eastshade? I played it on xbox gamespass, and quite enjoyed it.

I played Eastshade on gamepass as well and loved it. I didn't realize they had a new game in the works: Song of Glimmerwick

-nods- it's quite a wonderful game so far. That's actually why I bought Leaving Lyndow XD

Also if you like walky-sim like games. I recommend you check out Postmouse, it's a short 2 hour experience that's free. Lovely game.

Also for an interactive adventure game with no violence like Eastshade, but take place in our world and is a game about failing infrastructure. I recommend checking out INFRA, fantastic game, recommend it to anyone who loves these sort of uncommon adventure games.

Always makes me happy to hear someone has played INFRA : )

Are you excited for the Whiprock Island DLC they're cooking up? :D

Didn't know about that but will check it out for sure. Seeing what you've bought and your opinion about INFRA makes me think I have to check your profile and see if there are any great games I've missed :). Sounds like we have the same taste. Did you play Ether One btw? If not, you should!

I haven't! But I shall check it out now 👀

For an easy recommendation of walking sims, i'd say check out Tonguc Bodur's games. They're just a straight mine of experiences.
https://store.steampowered.com/developer/tongucbodur

and for a list of games you probably have played or already known about with a few exceptions, here's a list.

Gone Home, The Old City: Leviathan, The Witness, The Final Station (It's a survival horror technically, but I found the atmosphere and setting to be so encapsulating that it's worthy of a spot on this list), MIND: Path to Thalamus, Postmouse, Eidolon (I haven't played this one in a long time so I don't remember if it's genuinely good or not), The Opus Franchise, Whispering Willows, The Light Remake, The Signal from Tolva.
Also I haven't played Gray Dawn yet, but I heard it was a good game : )

I wasn't too thrilled about Gray Dawn tbh. And a few titles on your list I haven't heard of, how nice. Gonna check them out. Thanks a lot!

Bought nothing, but got some cute stickers.

Among Trees and The Bogtavern look quite relaxing. Lost Wing gives me vibes of an old school dos game i played as a kid.
But Punk Wars is a cool looking strategy game and i used to own a physical copy of Rise of Nations, but never played it.

Cool choices...

Are those all you bought?

Thank you. :)

I played Rise of Nations years ago, but lost the CD. Lost Wing gave me some Tron vibes.

Yes, that's all. Most of it not on my wishlist - as it gets bigger on every sale instead of smaller.^^

But Punk Wars is a cool looking strategy game

Ooooooo thanks for the reminder. I've seen it a few weeks ago, but brushed aside because of the price. At 90% off there's barely any risk to get it and try it!

Old school strategy board gamer, before we had all these new fangled pixely things.

Love me some good ol' hex strat games. Wishlisted that one as well after seeing it for the first time. Love SG for these fun discoveries!

I bought a few...
The Inner World: The Last Wind Monk
Starlight Vega
Ankora: Lost Days
Deiland: Pocket Planet Edition
Samurai Shodown V Special
Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead
The King of Fighters '97 Global Match
Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour
Mythic Ocean
Scarlet Hood and the Wicked Wood

...plus all the DLC for Death End Re;Quest, cos I won the game on here just recently, and looking to play that soon.
All up, I only spent about US$25

I note you bought ReCore - I quite liked that game (enough to 100% it) - hopefully you enjoy it too.
Looking at your list, I might pickup the Red Comrades Trilogy and Sunset Overdrive as well.

Sunset Overdrive is great fun, the illegitimate child of Jet Set Radio and Saints Row.

Your choices are very nice, too. Duke Nukem is a must, if you like 90's humor. And with The Inner World you can't make a mistake, too.

It's a mixture of things from my wishlist and cheap stuff that other people recommended in this thread. More games for the backlog pile I guess, but at least I plan to play a couple of those within the next few weeks.

A bunch of match 3 games and solitaire games that I didn't already own. I would list them but its like 20-25 games. I just find myself gravitating towards those types of games lately.

I am currently debating on buying Silverfall however as I didn't realize it was so cheap and its a game I have wanted to play for over a decade now.

So far, all I've really wanted was the Undertale soundtrack. I'm surprised I hadn't bought it before now, even if it's just to support its creator. It's pretty great.

I'm also considering Vampire Survivors. I need a little something I can pick up and play for a few short rounds on my Steam Deck.
