Your rules always confuse me, because I can't see why I can't enter when I don't meet the rules, lol. I'm guessing from parsing the Castle of Illusion one it has something to do with the Won/Sent Real CV difference. Thanks for all the cool giveaways you create!

Maybe because it is random, as in, I have 30-ish rule snippets I mix around the moment I make the giveaway rules.
In your case, yes, you fail the part where you either must have zero region-locked wins, or if you do, your real sent CV must be the multiplication of your level and your raw won CV.
