Which is the best F.E.A.R game?

I found the first expansion for the first game to be the best because i found it scarier :) Its called F.E.A.R.: Extraction Point

The first one. Without a shadow of a doubt. You won't get any of the other games without playing it, as well.

And personally, I don't find F.E.A.R. scary. But I don't find games scary at all, so there.

Clearly the First, second was still good, third, in my opinion, was horrible.

I don't think any were "scary" - Second one gave few chills here and there, but don't really expect much more than that.

The first one, don't get the third.

Probably the first one though its a bit outdated. The second one was really good too. The third one... Well, its got co op at least...

FEAR 1 the best.

When I bought the game, it has ceased to scare:( But the atmosphere in the demo was awsm.

the first one was perfect ~ sorry i cant conjure up the energy to fully describe it but it looks like its pretty agreed that fear 1 is the best in the series.

First game is one of the best shooters in history, following addons and games are just nice

F.E.A.R 1 + Extraction Point(expansion) > Perseus Mandate(standalone expansion) > "50 ft of crap" > F.3.A.R > "500 ft of crap" > F.E.A.R 2

Fear 2 is one of my favourite games. It depends on what you're interested in.

The 1st without a doubt. Played through it twice. Fear 2 is alright but fear 3 sucks. Fear 1 had the atmosphere the others couldn't capture.

1st one, I am sorry but if anyone says 2 or 3 I would be confused, honestly it got dumbed down, lost scares, atmosphere was worse, AI was worse, graphics are even worse if you ask me, compare the particle effects in 1 to 2....you will see what I mean.

That said 2 and 3 aren't bad games, probably still better compared to most new shooters.

Fear 1, it is pretty good.
On the other hand, if you have a pal(or two) and want some good coop fear 3 is not a bad coop experience at all.PLUS multiplayer modes "Horror Henry" and "Contractions" are incredibly good and really enjoyable.Better than other similar game modes in other games.The best we ever did in contractions was 17 rounds in 3 players, will try to see if we do better in 4 soon.
