No. It says Other DRM.

It requires Capsule.

It's Capsule, but could use uPlay as well. I kinda doubt it, but the Steam version does and I don't really know what Capsule is.

I doesn't say anything about Steam nor Uplay. I suppose this is their client only Capsule Client : This title requires Capsule to play. Anyway, almost every Ubisoft game on GMG requires Uplay.
