HELP sonic generations configuration tool has no save option HELP

so if there is no save option i cant save to obviously which means i cant launch the game so does anyone know a solution to this?

maybe your steam cloud is off?

i have know no clue if that has to do with it but i know that the save option is supposed to be at the bottom and it is not there for me so?

there should be 'save and quit' option down there

is your text size set to over 100% in windows? i had a similar problem with duke nukem 3d and setting it to 100% fixed it

Maybe it's Karma, you bought a game from a company that is, because of recent events on the same level as EA imo.
