gift pass?

hi guys,
i created my first level summer adventure badge and with the usual 3 items i received a screen that told me i received a gift pass. (the picture didn't load though, as the store is a bit on the friz now)
now, when i clicked on manage your gift passes i didn't get anything, and when checking my inventory nothing was there, any ideas?
