Definitely The Walking Dead S1 if you haven't played it yet... It's a masterpiece!

I was gonna say The Orange Box isn't worth it now that TF2's free, but since it's only $5 I'd definitely recommend getting it, Portal is probably one of the best games of the century, all time, whatever you wanna put in that spot, and Half-life 2 is alright, plus The Orange Box includes all of the episodes/expansions for it. If you do go for The Orange Box, I'd also suggest grabbing Garry's Mod.

Dude buy the orange box, TWD is a masterpiece and you can easily skip it by watching someone make a walkthrough of the game. It's hardly replayable since most options give about the same consequences in the end. And the way the game works out, it can be easily seen through videos. What matters in the end is the storyline, which is a great one at it.

The orange box brings you games that will consume your time and keep you busy. It will give you access to a modding community (there are many websites out there that have mods for hl2, moddb for example). This alone would put TWD in a corner in terms of value.

Put it this way, the orange box will keep you entertained for thousands of hours if you enjoy source games. TWD will keep you busy, no longer than 20 hours, including the 400 days dlc.
