Don't think it's possible, sorry. And even if you set the mobile authentication now, you'll still have a trade hold, as you needed to be using it for 7 days. By that time coupons will expire. :(

The only person needing the mobile authentication would be the one losing the items. If you're just receiving, you don't need it, it seems. At least I'm receiving everything normally without it, with no hold.
