Can anybody explain me how you can create an invitation with SG points?

Invitation to the site, I suppose. Before, in the days of yore, when this site was very young, you couldn't register but had to get a certain invitation (cost 50 points) from another (already registered) member.

Invitation is not required on SG. SG needs just a Steam account with games worth at least 100$.
