Since you are new, I would also point out that after your question is satisfactorily answered, you can 'close' the topic. This doesn't delete it (and it will still show up in searches; btw it's a good idea to search the forum for any questions you had that haven't made it into the FAQ). It just prevents further comments, and keeps it off the first forum page.

Hi,
I put have put four games up for gifting and the people who won the first two titles did not even comment.
Can I select my own winner out of the people who commented and entered? I know there is a 'select a new winner' button and you need to give a reason. BUT, will it select someone else AT RANDOM again? Because if it does it might choose someone who did not comment the second time around as well... :/
