Well, in that case, make sure to find a company that has a small but experienced team, most of the time that let's you have a taste of all areas more easily :]

Oh, and pro-tip: Be nice to testers, we're not here to annoy you, we are your randomly generated unit tests, we are the Artificial (un)intelligence that simulates users for you.
Unless you find unprofessional testers of course, you are allowed to punch these and try get these fired.
They are easy to spot though, they use sentences like "this sucks", "how could YOU make this", anything personal.
Us good guys just give you a short description, the reproduction steps, expected result, and actual result and give you feedback on how good it is as well.
