I'm looking forward to the RollerCoaster Tycoon movie.

I second Goat Simulator. It would be an indie film about a dimwitted goat deity that descends upon and explores the world of man, primarily through the use of his tongue.

I don't even care if someone steals this idea as long as it comes true.

There aren't a lot of video games that I imagine would make the transition to movie very well. Bioshock could be interesting, though.
