Some users may say support is very slow and others will tell you they haven't got enough manpower but it's very annoying nonetheless.

i think that usually steam has another page for the deluxe edition. if it was the case here there wouldn't be any problem.
i think only the mods can fix it, and there are only 3 for the whole SG community (like ~100k active users) so you can only wait.
or say screw it, and GA the regular version for less CV (not fair i know), but the price could go down, or the game bundled (not likely but hey, weirder shit has happened)

Exactly what I did with Might & Magic X - Legacy. In the list there is only the normal version, but it's only like 5$ difference and knowing the speed of the support I decided it's not worth the waiting.

There where new support members added not long back. Their initial enthusiasm for the role has obviously ended. Adding more won't really improve anything.

There are still only 7 support members and they don't have a lot of rights
You have to be at least Mod or Super Mod to add new games to the list (only 1 Super Mod and 2 Mods) and I guess they have a huge backlog of tickets.

I have a ticket pending now for more than four (4) months (I did update the ticket with new data after 1 month) against a betakey trade scammer that scammed me and atleast 5 other SG users Since then God knows how many other SG users this serial scammer scammed because of the non responding SG support. I know the OP, he is a nice guy and a good trader but I really hope he doesn't hold his breath waiting on SG support. :-)

i think i read somewhere in this forum that you need to put all tickets in the "other" category so most mods can read and reply to them.
at least it has worked for me so far, or maybe they like me. :3

I have a Digital Deluxe key for Ride that I want to give away
