I've been feeling my depression more strongly than usual these last few weeks; I'm keeping to myself, hate myself a lot and I barely get anything done. What keeps my going is the knowledge that I've been there before, and managed to find my way back to better days more than once. I'll get back on my feet again, even if enduring the rough patch right now feels unbearable at times.
I hope you can find the strength to carry on, as well; I don't know your situation, but I believe that better days are to come. If there's anything I can do for you, let me know.
