In your opininion, is this the most expensive game (including DLC) ever or not? Are there any others which are more expensive than this?

$1500 of all that DLC. That doesn't sound expensive at all.

I wasn't expecting it to be that much, to be honest. Seems the devs went a little crazy with that one.

I find this game fascinating. I often wonder how many people have bought the full thing and what they are like. For this price the must be very serious and knowledgable about train simulation.

If I was rich I would buy the whole thing just out of curiosity.

I've bought that game, but only game, 2 DLCs were added (payable) and there are 5 free, I would like to buy some DLCs too, but I don't think I could afford DLCs near 30€. I mean few of them. But 3 € is possible. Also I', waiting for Upgrade to RW3 , I find this as great occassion of SALE -75%, then I could buy some DLCs ;p and also I'm poor student and I'm tutor so I count on some cash for DLCs :) Also I find this game fascinating bro.

EDIT:
Also if there could be some gifts (DLC for RW2) :p I'm just fooling around :)

Would you recommend this game if one does not spend money on any DLC's? Also, unfortuante club to be supporting.

Well, I've recommended it before, maybe a month ago. It's really good game and you don't need to play for all time like MMORPG, I mean you choose a scenario, for example, 40 mins , and u play it, it ends and u choose if you want to go away with friends, go for 'Rescue Me' in TV or play another scenario.
DLCs give you new scenarios, new locomotives and moreover new tracks, operational or long like Corridor( near 90 miles). It brought a lot of fun to me, but like I've said I can't afford all of them, but I'll try to buy something from my wishlist :) Also there are sites, trully cooperating with Railsimulator.com and there are many free addons, about 100 routes etc. but some of them require some payable DLCs, but not all, just a few.

Probably one of the most expensive PC games. The Rock Band series is pretty up there for console though.
