I think you misunderstood my question. I know how to add games to filter and I know how to browse them, but I'm curious where the filter entries are actually stored? Local cookies, SG database or something else...

Doesn't really make any sense for it to be stored in local cookies.

That's how it worked for SG+, but you could export them to .txt so it was easy to manage.

I couldn't say, although I would assume it's saved on SG. Try clearing your cookies now to see if you lose your settings, if they stay then you are safe.

Where are game filters stored? Are they tied to SG account or are they stored in cookies? I'm asking because I don't want to add hundreds of games to filter only to lose the list when cookies get cleared.
This happened to me with SG+, but fortunately I did regular backups by exporting to .txt document so I didn't lose much.
