Don't be afraid of vpns, im using one here in France (since it's my only way to get on internet with steam working) and i never had troubles with it, steam always gets paid and everyone is happy.

My friends bought some SR3 Keys from a key-seller which were regional restricted. (We live in Germany.)
They used a VPN to activate it, and their steam accounts are still in a good standing.

That's why their indie bundles are called Humble Indie Bundles.
For me it seems that Humble Bundle exists to help people. This one, especially, is double charity - you get to help a great company (THQ) escape bankruptcy and a charity institution. So even if you're using a Mac/Linux, it's worth it even if just to giveaway.

Picked it up for the CoH games. Already have Metro and SR3.

Might have sprung for BTA if the SR3 soundtrack was FLAC, but it's only MP3.
