edit: its been brought to my attention people who don't play their wins... and just idle their backlog + clear usage of SAM for achievements have gotten accepted... so play stats seems like a fake excuse.

Applied because I can't resist the call of Silksong (It's my top wishlsited game!) I fell in love with HK ever since I played it back in 2017.
I've played and beaten roughly 25% of my Steam library and 70% of my SG wins. I'll let you judge if that's good enough.

It's a group to promote political views, this one is to boycott China (and Taiwan - that's why the main group has a chinese flag and the 2nd group a taiwanese flag) but people join it for the giveaways i guess (not the sort of group i would join, i don't join political groups)

Ok, then it's weird that your 2nd group has a Taiwanese flag (historically it's the flag of Chinese nationalists, who fighted communists in mainland and then fled to Taiwan)

The blue heart on someone's profile is what you click on to add someone to your whitelist. During giveaway creation you have an option to make giveaways for your whitelist, which will show a blue heart on the giveaway. I think you're getting things confused as that's a different thing than group recruitment.

No set-in-stone requirements, but there are a series of flags that will potentially result in a denial of entry:
Accounts with hidden recent activity, hidden libraries or private accounts and accounts with a low play/unplayed ratios.
