Group Whitelist

Hi everyone, I'm looking for aligned peoples for my giveaways whitelist.

No set-in-stone requirements, but there are a series of flags that will potentially result in a denial of entry:
Accounts with hidden recent activity, hidden libraries or private accounts and accounts with a low play/unplayed ratios.
I first and foremost want to support people who don't just want a game in their library to never play. Good luck :)
