What can people do if others leave fake feedback after receiving a gift or not leaving any at all? I made my first giveaway to contribute to the SteamGifts community but the user did not give feedback yet, although it's clearly visible in his steam account that he has activated the bundle I gifted him.

I actually have 2 more bundles to give away but now that I have given one away and have no feedback, I don't really see the point if people can't even be bothered to say that they have received the gift.

It's not really an issue. I can't do anything if the user can't be bothered to click a button but I just had never seen anyone discussing this.

Problems like these have been addressed before and you're allowed to contact support and request a ban. Your user feedback should also be fixed by then.

If the user doesn't give feedback within 2 weeks, then you're automatically given positive feedback.
