Are the games on orlygift denied to be be gifted on steamgifts? Because I tried to giveaway ruzh delta z that I won here just 5 days ago, but now I can't!

Yes, it's denied. Or rather, it's removed from the list once the administrators get around to it.

Honestly when I enter in a orlygift raffle of a game I already own it's just to incrase my credits for the next game, sometimes just happen that I win another key... when this happen I gift the key to some friend.

Well, I will admit to entering for the same reason. Luckily, so far I've only had one game that they giveaway, entered for that and never won - free credits for the next game.
The key difference here, however, is that I DON'T attempt to make a giveaway via this site or any other giveaway site.
