"Garfield Kart - Furious Racing" been free on fanatical, on SG is still "Reduced Value" my question is game become 0 CV game or not?

Why do you think it's "Reduced Value". I see it as **, and according to this page, it's 0 CV as of Nov 23

In general, there's a TON of stuff that's delayed. Bundled games from almost a month ago are still Full CV.
