Is there a website that will tell me the breakdown of SG levels of all the people that entered a giveaway?

no, currently there is not.

closest thing i can think of is a site that tells you how many people have won something from you, or how many you have won from other people. or there are stats on overall giveaways thru ESGST. but not anything that does that specifically yet... xD

an external site can't access region/group/whitelist giveaways so the info won't be reliable.
