There is a French source but he leaks the games only two days in advance, compared to Epic's hints one day in advance.

For me it's the other way round. Yesterday it said that I own but it has not been there, today it's there in my library.

Is the game listed in your transaction history? Maybe you can contact their supoort somehoe if it is listed there.

Did you get a receipt saying you bought it? If you did, just ask their support service and show them that you indeed got the game while it was free.

check your mail for the invoice (spam folder or trash if you deleted it yesterday). If you did not get the invoice then it was not really added to your library.
