I also saw that he posted a giveaway of the same gift. Messaged him on Steam (he's online) but not responding for the past half hour.

What should I do?

If his giveaway is ending soon, you might wanna tag your ticket as urgent. Maybe they'll have time to investigate and delete it in time.
