First off, I built my computer so I have some knowledge of computers in general. Second, [this]http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161387) is my graphics card (source of my problems). Spaces are to help prevent "Wall of Text Syndrome."
Perfectly fine graphics card, runs pretty much everything at lowest to medium settings (non-demanding games on highest obviously).
But starting around a month ago, the fan started making a really loud buzzing noise on start-up. At first all I had to do was tap the fan once or twice and it stopped, but it has gotten to the point where I have to place my finger lightly on it causing it to slow down (stopping the noise) for around 5 to 8 minutes before its good to go.
Once I get the noise to stop, it never starts again. I'm assuming that the fan is just loose, but the internet suggest it may need lubricating. Tried taking the fan off but one of the screws decided to be glued into place permanently. Any ideas?
