Well I suppose that's good to know. I just never managed to play the PC version because of it's serious lack of optimization. Installing the mods to get it up to current PC standards only made my game crash :(

Try tons of version and you'll be fine.

OMG, I already thought I'm retarded or something. After 15 years of intense PC gaming, modding, and all that goes with it, I could not make this game work and had to remove it :(

Namco recently converted Ace Combat Assault Horizon over from GFWL to Steamworks so I would be very surprised if they didn't do the same for Dark Souls.

Not only is it the bigger game, but it has a sequel out right now which likely drives sales of the older one as well.
