Congrats on your recovery! You clearly still need to rest, so take it easy until you're fully rested and don't overexert yourself. :)

Oh no! That was me last year - the flu, a flu-like illness that was identical to the flu but not the flu, and a cold that lasted 3-4 weeks with a different theme each week (one week was congestion, another was coughing, etc).
