Just bought Borderlands 2 and I have a few bucks left. So I can buy 2 or 3 dlc. Which ones are must have?

+1 get to know the game and THEN decide if u want any dlc :p
AND some ppl say that there will be a GOTY coming out soon, so u'll get all the dlc for a lower price

To be honest, the DLCs are awful. I would only recommend getting them if they have a 75% discount.

I had more fun with the DLC's than I did with the main story line.

Well I'm pretty familiar with the game already. And I don't think GOTY version will be released soon 'cause they are not done with dlc yet.

Get the season pass from nuuvem for $8.90.

Get the season pass if you can. If you can't, I'd recommend them in this order:
1 - Tiny Tina
2 - Mr Torgue
3 - Captain Scarlett
4 - Sir Hammerlock

What about Ultimate Vault Hunter's Upgrade? Is it worth it?

Depends on if you are planning on playing the game multiple times with the same character. I'm on the 3rd piece of DLC now with my main, who is only level 35. Considering the Ultimate Vault Hunter pack increases the level from 51 to 61... I don't think I'd ever personally take advantage of that.

Thanks for this information. Looks like I don't need that pack.

It's in the season pass IIRC.

Since it improves level cap it's probably worth more than any other...

Yes it gives you more levels and more skill points which is great, plus a new game mode where everything is scaled to max level. But for me, content is more important than a higher level cap, which is why I recommended the campaign DLC's first. IF you can save up and buy the season pass, you'll have all 4 campaigns PLUS the uvhm upgrade.

Sadly I can't buy Season Pass. So I probably will follow your advice and go for Tiny Tina and Mr Torgue. Thanks.

Season Pass + Mechromancer + Psycho and you'll have all you need.

And two just announced not-season-passes story-DLC...

They don't exist yet so there's really no need mentioning them. We're talking about currently available stuff here.

It's always good to mention that there's another money drain before you.

If you can, buy the season pass.Otherwise get Tiny Tina DLC + Mechromancer.
Tiny Tina is one hell of a fun DLC,and a lot of content.Mechromancer is a really good class that can do a lot of dmg with all the dots she does(Little Big Trouble skill tree). The psycho is a bit strange,so I can't really say I recommend it.
The ultimate vault hunter dlc is good, as you could basically have two skill trees unlocked, but you'll really use it once you already finished the game and most of the dlcs(You'll complete the main story at around lvl 30-34 depending on your playstyle, the final boss is 34 if I'm not mistaken), so i don't really know if it is worth it.
Captain Scarlett is a good DLC as well.
