Puzzle Agent 2?

I notice an increase in Puzzle Agent 2 giveaways recently (that is to say, there ARE any; usually there are none). Is there a deal somewhere? I see the giveaways are for the gamecode, so it's not a steam sale.

Nothing shows up in a forum search. Nothing is on steamgamesales.com. I love the first Puzzle Agent and would gladly purchase the second if I could find a good deal.
