I think that would be very fitting considering the roots of the series. Paper is not only thing people can paint on. As there is so easily available images on this topic, I might want to see some verification image attached (e.g. write some given sentence to a paper and place it near the models) but lets go into details later on.

When I play Warhammer 40K I go The Empire, paint my troops white and black and pretend they're clone troopers. :D

That's awesome tubberware, I think the "have fun and be creative" part is definitely the main draw (apart from, of course, bringing the Emperor's Crusade of the Righteous to these here parts!). I'm looking forward to seeing what the community comes up with. As for the prizes, I very much appreciate your efforts and generosity and don't want you to feel pressured into adding on top of what you have planned already.

Painting is painting regardless of selected basis. If you want to aim for extra artsy points, I recommend putting effort on the photography part too. Putting miniatures in interesting scene (with possibly some terrain modification thrown in), selecting good angle, proper lighting and so on.

Prizes are Warhammer 40k related games and perhaps some other titles. More entries and activity mean more and better gifts.
I thought about letting the community vote for winner(s). Those that get more votes are invited on bigger giveaways. Cannot give certain threshold now as I do not how many entries there will be. I plan that everyone who participates gets into at least one giveaway.
