Why is "Our Whislist" Temporarily Disabled?

I tried to view this section so I can know what the community wants within my price range, but encountered with the message "Temporarily Disabled", are changes coming to the site?

Also, I find a little suspicious the recent wave of giveaways from cg and some other staff members.

It has been down for a while now. Not sure why unfortunately, and haven't seen a reason.
