So It says I am eligible for one, how do i get the pack for steam cards?

They are given to people randomly, when someone crafts a badge.

I get about one per month. People with higher levels get them every week.

Also, it depends on how many games you are eligible to get a booster pack for.

It only counts every 10 levels and even at 30 you might not get one every week.

I was getting about one per week for a while there, but now it's probably been about a month or so since one has appeared in my inventory.

'Ramdomly'... it's strange that when I level up a bagde to lvl 5, a few hours later I'll generally receive a booster pack...

I've leveled up 10x and never got a booster immediately after, so it's not automatic when you level up.

I doubt it when you craft a badge. I've been given booster packs without crafting.

When anyone crafts a badge, someone is randomly given a booster pack. It doesn't have to be you crafting the badge.

You're only level 4, don't count on getting any often. I'm level 34 and I only see one maybe once every month or month and a half and even thats slowing down now that less people are crafting badges. The higher the level you are, the higher the chance of getting a booster.

I am on Level 23 and have crafted a lot. i can't count mine now. maybe 7 or so?
