People with higher level should get an in increase in max points.

Honestly, I'd do the exact opposite: more points on level 1 and gradually decrease it until level 10. If you are rich enough to throw hundreds and thousands of dollars around in those little private groups on dozens, hundreds of games you never even intended to play, then you don't need points to enter public giveaways against those who actually would win something because they cannot get it.

Yes, because all high levels contributors make private groups giveaways and only give away games they are not interested in.
And being generous ≠ being rich and able to afford every game you want.
I had to skip some games I wanted for myself during the sale because I bought games to give away, and I even gave away games that were on my wishlist, and you are saying I should get less opportunities to win games ?

And you will more than probably also get the genuine high-levels upset. And if points are decreasing, it's discouraging people to give back, whether they're level 1 or more. You want to keep your stack of points? Never give something to the community.

How about just keeping it how it is?

Anyway people at higher levels normally own more games, meaning there are less giveaways they can enter.

EDIT - Also, you seem to be implying that you giveaway games for the levels and just want incentives. I don't know whether I'm about of the loop here, but I thought it was to be generous to other people. I must have missed the memo.
