Honestly, I'd do the exact opposite: more points on level 1 and gradually decrease it until level 10. If you are rich enough to throw hundreds and thousands of dollars around in those little private groups on dozens, hundreds of games you never even intended to play, then you don't need points to enter public giveaways against those who actually would win something because they cannot get it.

Anyway people at higher levels normally own more games, meaning there are less giveaways they can enter.

EDIT - Also, you seem to be implying that you giveaway games for the levels and just want incentives. I don't know whether I'm about of the loop here, but I thought it was to be generous to other people. I must have missed the memo.
